My Time at Dickinson

My time at Dickinson has transformed me into someone unafraid of going after her dreams and taking on the world. I have been given incredible opportunities, I have traveled, and I have learned so much. The time I spent in the classroom was only one part of the education I received from Dickinson. For example, my experience through the Mosaic gave me the courage to spend a summer volunteering in Ecuador despite serious opposition from my parents. I have had the privilege to live in the Sustainable Living Community fondly referred to as the Treehouse. I have interned with the Center for Sustainability Education and I have worked on student campaigns. My Dickinson experience has made me who I am today, and I will leave this place proud to call myself a Dickinsonian.
